Incidents and Returns

    In accordance with the provisions of the Retail Trading Law, the customer reserves the right to return any product within 14 days of receipt of the same, providing the original packaging remains intact and the item has not been used. In the event of returning an item due to a change of opinion, the return shipping costs shall be payable by the customer. However, special orders cannot be returned unless the item is faulty.

    In any event, the return of any item requires an agreement between Aquastanding and the customer. The item shall not be refunded or replaced until Aquastanding has confirmed:

    ~ In the event of returns due to a change of opinion; that the original packaging remains intact and the item has not been used.
    ~ In the event of returns due to product faults; the exact nature of the fault.
    ~ In the event of returns because the item received does not correspond to that purchased by the customer; the item reference on the order and its relationship to the item delivered.

    If when receiving their parcel the customer detects any damage, finds the parcel to be in poor condition or is missing a package, this must be recorded on the courier's delivery note, otherwise Aquastanding shall accept no responsibility for damaged or missing goods. In addition, the customer must inform Aquastanding of the incident within 24 hours. We only accept claims made by completing and sending in the following Incidents, exchanges and returns form. Aquastanding shall respond within 24/48 hours.

    Aquastanding shall refund or replace any item providing that:

    1. The request is made within 24 hours of receiving the goods, which must be returned within the next 14 days and, in the event of returns due to a change of opinion, the return postage has been paid, the item is in perfect condition and its original packaging remains intact.

    2. The product is faulty. Aquastanding shall repair or exchange it for a similar item, depending on the manufacturer's guarantee, and dispatch it immediately to the customer.

    3. The item delivered does not correspond to that requested by the customer. Aquastanding shall dispatch the correct item.

    Orders may be cancelled providing they have not already been dispatched. Cancellations must be requested by email or telephone. If the customer has already paid for the order, Aquastanding shall issue a refund within 14 days by the same method used to make the payment.

    If the requested item cannot be supplied, Aquastanding shall refund the amount paid by the customer.

    In order to process any return, the following Incidents, exchanges and returns form must be used. Aquastanding shall respond within 24/48 hours.

    Aquastanding shall not accept returns that do not comply with the terms established this section.
